Last Tuesday, the Mr.Bricolage group was invited by Twideco, a Web TV channel on the economy, to a program dedicated to individual training rights. Fanny Cochet, head of personnel training, represented the store.
All Mr.Bricolage personnel having spent more than one year with the company are entitled to training. Personnel having spent more than 6 years in the company now have almost 120 hours in training rights to develop their skills. Their managers and the Human resources division are there to provide support during their training program, enabling all personnel to make progress and increase their know-how, performances and trade expertise. The Mr.Bricolage group entrusts IFOGECO, the Business and management training body, among other training bodies, with the task of ensuring that training programs match the requirements of our trade.
